HUE – QUANG TRI – QUANG BINH

DAY 1 – HUE/ QUANG TRI/ QUANG BINH

In the early morning, we depart for Quang Binh. On the way, stop to visit  Vinh Moc Tunnels. We will  cross the Ben Hai River and Hien Luong Bridge. The river was important because it was the dividing line between north and South Vietnam. And then back to Vinh Moc Tunnels. The Vinh Moc Tunnels are an amazing achievement of human toil and engineering. The Vietnamese had constructed the tunnels to provide shelter from regular bombings by American planes.  If time permit,  visit Quang Tri Ancient Citadel. Quang Tri ancient citadel was built in 1824 by the order of King Minh Mang. It is located in Thach Han village, Hai Lang district, initially the citadel was a work of earth. Four years later it was rebuilt with bricks. In 1972 during the phasing out of the American intervention in the Vietnam Was, the liberation army seized the citadel from the Saigon troops.

Continue going to Dong Hoi, Quang Binh, check in hotel and free time at your leisure. Overnight in Quang Binh

DAY 2 – PARADISE CAVE/ PHONG NHA CAVE/ DRIVE BACK TO HUE

After breakfast, we will go to the Paradise Cave – Known as the Palace in the mountains. After exploring the subtle beauty of stalactites block but like the natural gift. Learn the special value of the one of a kind Heaven – Car and tour guide to your guests to visit eco-tourism zone Springs Trailer – Created by underground rivers in the mountains melted, mixed into the scene of the beautiful native forests. After a lunch at local restaurant, we take a boat trip along Son River to explore the Phong Nha Cave.  Among 300 caves and grottos in Phong Nha Ke Bang national park, only 20 have been surveyed. Notably, Phong Nha, is the most beautiful cave which holds several records for the highest and longest cave, the longest underground river, finest beaches inside and the most splendid stalagmites and stalactites. These amazing natural art works have been given beautiful names such as the “Lion”, the “Fairy Caves”, the “Royal Court”, and the “Buddha”.

Walk back to the boat, we cruise back to the wharf then transfer to your hotel in Hue in the afternoon.
